Knox Academy's Expressive Arts faculty offer Dance within Drama, PE and Extra-Curricular.

Mr Campbell runs two extra-curricular classes in Tap Dance.  Monday lunchtimes is beginners Tap and Wednesday lunchtimes Tap for more intermediate to advanced dancers.  Mr Campbell also has the 'Glee Club' (based on the television programme) for performers.

Miss Morgan (from the Drama department) currently delivers a dance class during 3rd Year Core PE to a mixed-ability class looking at performance enhancement and performance skills.

Miss Morgan also delivers an extra-curricular class at 4 pm on a Thursday in the Drama studio which is a Fit For Girls class for S3 and S4 pupils.  This group is for beginners to dance, and is to build confidence in a group of girls who do not get the opportunity to dance elsewhere.  Most pupils who join school clubs are involved in numerous groups.  This dance group caters for a small number of girls who enjoy dance but have little dance experience.
