Unfortunately Knox were not able to field as many teams this year as was hoped. However, Knox still have teams entered at U18 and U16 level in both the Lothian's Cup and Scottish Shield.

Mr MacKinnon runs lunchtime 5-a-sides in the games hall for S1 & S2s and Mr Flood's ever popular "Thursday Football" is again running on the Aubigny astroturf after school.

Unfortunately, Knox Academy U15s suffered a heavy defeat in their Scottish Cup 2nd Round mtach versus a very strong Musselburgh Grammar side.

The seniors team fared much better, with their run coming to an end in the 4th Round, narrowly losing out to Bishopbriggs Academy 4-3 in an epic cup tie! Trailing 3-0 at half-time, the boys fought back to level the scores at 3-3, only to concede a last minute goal to lose the tie.

Knox had won there previous games against Merchiston Castle on penalites (2-2 aet) and 1-0 against James Young High School.
