Blair Shearer 5G2 has been selected to represent East Lothian in the Paul Lawrie Scottish Schools Golf Championship at Murrayshall House, Perth on Monday 7th June.
After shooting an impressive 72 at the Glen on Friday 30th April, Blair has been included in the three man squad for the first time. Blair was part of the Knox Academy team, that entered the qualifier, that came first beating the other East Lothian Schools by 7 shots. Blair has had a tremendous season so far and has not lost in a team match for Knox Academy.

Knox Academy could not compete with the other East Lothian schools at this years East Lothian Cross Country Team Event held at Meadowmill on Thursday 29th April, however, there was some individual success with three of our runners coming in 2nd.
Sall Birrell 1L1, Innes Ogilvie 1G3 and Nick Stewart 3L1 were the unlucky runners-up with other strong finishes from Emily Baxter 2T3 (4th), Katie Archibald 2T3 (8th) and Erin Lowe 3G1 (8th)
