Fiona Cleat, S6, just missed out on winning the Scottish Power Joint Track and Field Championships 400m hurdles on Saturday 12th June 2010 at Grangemouth Stadium.
Fiona who over the last year has switched to the 400m hurdles recorded a time of 68.75s only 0.5s behind the winner.
Knox Academy has been awarded the Rugby Champions Gold Award for the second year in a row.
This has been awarded due to the amount of players playing rugby through the school. Knox Academy fielded S1 and S2 teams in core fixtures and Youth Games, has an U15 and U18 team playing in the National Schools Cup and has a small group of girl players who train regularly and attend local festivals.
Next yearKnox hope to build on their success and get even more pupils involved in rugby.
Calum Paul 2G1 was part of the NB colts under 13 team that won the Steve Maskrey Cup beating City of Edinburgh 3-2 in a tight final.
This made up for them just missing out on league success this year coming 2nd even though they had managed to beat all the teams in the league.

Blair Shearer 5G2 has been selected to represent East Lothian in the Paul Lawrie Scottish Schools Golf Championship at Murrayshall House, Perth on Monday 7th June.
After shooting an impressive 72 at the Glen on Friday 30th April, Blair has been included in the three man squad for the first time. Blair was part of the Knox Academy team, that entered the qualifier, that came first beating the other East Lothian Schools by 7 shots. Blair has had a tremendous season so far and has not lost in a team match for Knox Academy.
