Please find link below to a flyer detailing the EDF energy Engineering Maintenance apprenticeships.  Torness is holding 2 open days details of which are on the attached flyer. Anyone interested in attending  will require to email Gillian.Farquhar@edf-energy.com to book on to one of the sessions.

Another revision class will start on Wednesday the 7th of February 2018 for National 5 Physics.  This will take place in Mr. Taylor's room (T1.10) from 15.50 until 16.50.  All National 5 Physics pupils are welcome.  The plan is to continue with this every Wednesday until the exam.  This week we will work through the 2017 National 5 paper and focus on any tricky questions.  Hope to see you there.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for S3 girls to attend a 'Girls Into STEM' event at Queen Margaret University on Friday 26 May 2017.

Hopefully you will have been to, or at least heard of, Dunbar's annual SciFest, a fabulous showcase of all things exciting and scientific to get our children interested in the world of Science. Have a look at our website for a taste of what's happened in previous years.

As we continue to grow year on year, we are finding that we need more people and skills on our organising team than we currently have, and are therefore looking for new members to come on board and help us deliver this amazing event in March next year. A scientific background is not necessary for this; organisational and other skills are what's needed.
