If you're a girl studying National 5 Maths and feel you need a space to ask a 'stupid' question as you prepare for your Prelim then come along to M1.3 at 1.05pm every Thursday. Bring your lunch!

We've decided to do this because sometimes girls don't feel confident enough to take Maths further than National 5 and we want to change that!

Romilly and Ms Campbell will running this so if you have any questions feel free to ask!

World Mental Health Day is observed on 10th October every year, with the overall objective of raising awareness of mental health issues around the world and mobilizing efforts in support of mental health. The Day provides an opportunity for all stakeholders working on mental health issues to talk about their work, and what more needs to be done to make mental health care a reality for people worldwide.

In registration classes watched the video below and were shown a short presentation.

In addition pupils may find the book "Little Book of Coping Skills" useful.
