Most complaints can, and should, be resolved locally (via Stage 1 - Frontline resolution). 

Please email the school knoxacademy@knox.elcschool.org.uk to log a complaint, to comment on or to compliment the school.  Your email will be directed to the Head Teacher in the first instance.
