Here's another very simple, but very vegan recipe: rice pudding!
- 2 cups of rice
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp of raisins
- 1 pint of oat milk (or any vegan milk)
- Mix all ingredients and put in an oven suitable dish (leaving the rice raw)
- Put the dish in the oven for 1 hour at 180 degrees
