It is important to set some time aside for yourself without interruptions, and also to have a good night's sleep.

We spend all day feeding our brain information, so when it comes time to turn it off, you should do the same thing to your phone too.

Consider setting your phone on Do Not Disturb particularly later in the evening and overnight to avoid email and Google Classroom notifications.

Leith School of Art Foundation Course 2021/22

"Due to Covid-19 restrictions we have been unable to run our Open Days as in previous years. We do, however, have slots available on Tuesdays and Wednesdays during Term 2 for potential applicants to come and visit the School.  This is a fantastic opportunity to see work that is being made on the Foundation Course, speak to current students and view examples of successful portfolios that past students have used to gain access to some of the top art colleges in the UK.   We also offer Portfolio Reviews where prospective students can bring their work and have it reviewed by one of our tutors in advance of their application."

For more information, please see the Leith School of Art Prospectus 2021-22, go to their website, or speak to your Pupil Support Leader or Art Teacher.
