S4-S6: PRELIM EXAMINATION TIMETABLE NOVEMBER - DECEMBER 2026

We would like to inform parents, carers and students that the S4-S6 Prelim Examination Diet will take place from Friday 20 November to Thursday 10 December 2026.

The prelim examinations provide students with valuable experience of formal examination conditions and help prepare them for their final assessments later in the academic session.

Students should:

  • Check the attached timetable carefully.
  • Note the date, time and location of each examination.
  • Arrive in good time for all examinations.
  • Bring the required equipment for each subject.
  • Speak to their Guidance Teacher or Class Teacher if they have any questions regarding their examinations.

An SQA Information letter has been issued to S4/S5/S6 today, to accompany the Subject Estimate Grades document.  This letter provides information on SQA Estimate Grades, Exceptional Circumstance Service and Attending Exams.
