S4-S6: PRELIM EXAMINATION TIMETABLE NOVEMBER - DECEMBER 2026

We would like to inform parents, carers and students that the S4-S6 Prelim Examination Diet will take place from Friday 20 November to Thursday 10 December 2026.

The prelim examinations provide students with valuable experience of formal examination conditions and help prepare them for their final assessments later in the academic session.

Students should:

  • Check the attached timetable carefully.
  • Note the date, time and location of each examination.
  • Arrive in good time for all examinations.
  • Bring the required equipment for each subject.
  • Speak to their Guidance Teacher or Class Teacher if they have any questions regarding their examinations.

We were delighted to welcome children and young people back to school at the start of the new term in August.

We are extremely grateful to you as parents and carers for your understanding and ongoing support through what has been a very difficult 18 months for everyone as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic and its implications for education and learning have been significant and far-reaching. PARENT/CARER SURVEY - CYCLING FRIENDLY SCHOOL STATUS AWARD - AUGUST 2021

At Knox Academy, we have been working hard to achieve Cycle Friendly School Status Award with Cycling Scotland. As part of our application, we need to create a School Travel Plan which includes information from parents and carers.
