Knox's Nightmare Before Christmas was adapted from an original story by Tim Burton, much-loved by the cast and crew. The show, on the 17th and 18th December, featured Jack Skellington’s journey of discovery, creepy choral singing, demonic dancing and some unrequited love. Every cast member had an opportunity to shine and was a credit to Academy Productions. The Junior Drama Club's presentation – The Tale of Cinders, was an excellent pre-show addition to the evenings. We were treated to a new twist on the tale that involved the Seven Deadly Sins and their contribution to this tale of love overcoming all. Special mention has to go to Conor McHugh in S6 who did an amazing job as Jack Skellington and led the production admirably in the role of protagonist.
