The Royal Air Force Air Cadets (RAFAC) is a dynamic youth organization that offers exciting opportunities for young people aged 12 to 20. We inspire and develop leadership, teamwork, and self-confidence through a wide range of activities, including flying, gliding, adventure training, fieldcraft, marksmanship, and STEM projects.
