All runners should check the PE board to see if they have been selected to compete in the House Championships for Cross Country.

MONDAY - PERIOD 1 

• S1 RUNNERS TO MEET IN THE SMALL GYM.

MONDAY PERIOD 2

• S2/3/4/5/6 - RUNNERS TO MEET IN THE SMALL GYM PERIOD 2 CHANGED AND READY TO RUN 

All competitors come to school in PE KIT, You can change into school uniform after the event.

Bring water and all medication/inhalers if needed.

The race will be the RIVER ROUTE which has already been run in class time.

Good luck and bring your best effort. 

Ms Borwick's class will be coaching/ marshaling the event.
