We need your help on Saturday 4 June 2011!  All proceeds go towards your children.

Last year we organised a Festival Café at the Neilson Park Fun Day which, thanks to your support, was a great success with the Community and in raising funds for the school.

We have been asked to organise catering at the Fun Day again this year and we will also be having a cake and candy stall.   We will again need your support to make this venture a success.

If you can supply baking or give some time on the day – even one hour – please get in touch.  Our busiest time is in the afternoon to serve refreshments and clear tables (2 pm - 4 pm).  If you can manage the tidying up slot of 4 pm – 5 pm your help will be greatly appreciated!

If you feel that you are able to help in any way, please contact Mrs Ball, Knox Academy via email or Ann Richardson (01620) 822340.

Please provide the following information along with your name and a contact telephone number:

  • I am able to supply baking e.g. cakes/tray bake/scones - baking to be brought to the marquee between 9 am and 12 noon on 4 June or handed into Knox on the morning of Friday 3 June
  • ‪I can help out on the day with preparation, serving refreshments, clearing up
  • The most suitable time for me is:
    • 9.00 – 10.30 am
    • ‪10.30 – 12.00 noon
    • ‪1.30 – 3.00 pm
    • ‪3.00 – 4.00 pm
    • ‪4.00 – 5.30 pm

Your help is greatly appreciated !
