The coursing days for S2 pupils are on Wednesday 7 March and Thursday 8 March 2018. Pupils were issued with coursing appointment letters at registration on Monday 5 March. Apologies for the late distribution of these letters, we did intend to issue them earlier however the closure of the school for snow delayed this.

All East Lothian Council schools will re-open on Monday 5 March 2018 after being closed due to the adverse weather between Wednesday 28 February 2018 and Friday 2 March 2018.
Transport providers will contact parents/carers directly if there are any issues collecting pupils from more isolated rural areas (outwith towns and villages) due to road conditions
There has been a huge amount of effort by East Lothian Council teams to clear snow from pathways – thanks to parents and residents for their assistance with this. Please be aware of surface conditions given the low temperature. Ensure children walking to school have appropriate footwear and are dressed to the conditions. In the interests of the safety, children and young people should go straight into the school building on arrival.
