The apprenticeship will be 2 years in length, and the students will be required to undertake various qualifications as part of the programme.  We are ideally seeking recent school leavers, or those aiming to leave before Christmas, as the start date for the programme will be mid-January.
 
To be considered for the apprenticeship, you must have Standard Grade (or equivalent) English, Maths and Computing (or a Science) at Credit Level, plus an additional three Standard Grades in any subject at Level 3, or above.

The application process will involve an online application (via the link below), which includes some questions to assess candidates motivations for wanting to join a technology programme.  If successful, they will be invited to a 20-30 minute telephone interview.  If successful, the final stage will be a 1/2 day assessment, involving a face-to-face competency interview and a Group Exercise.

You will be able to demonstrate a clear interest in working with IT and technology, and will clearly be able to articulate why you wish to pursue a career within the RBS Technology Services division.
