Parents’ Evening S4/5/6
It was great to see so a great turn out for our second senior parents’ evening. Parents/carers seemed very positive about the progress and next steps they were given by staff. If you were unable to make either of these parents’ evenings please do contact the House Team so we can get some feedback for you on your young person’s performance. All seniors should have a study plan in place for their prelim preparation.
Prelims
These will now run from 25 November until 11 December 2025. The updated timetable can be accessed here.

We are raffling off Xmas Hampers and would be extremely grateful for any donations. We are looking for and not limited to, Christmas puddings, mince pies, Christmas cake, chocolates, sweets, tea, coffee, jam, chutney, soup, biscuits, crisps, cheese crackers and oatcakes. Please hand in any donations to Ms Borwick in the PE Department by no later than Friday 28 November. Thank you in advance for your support!
Rights Respecting School
This week’s right is Article 12:
Respect for Children's views
Children have the right to give their opinions freely on issues that affect them. Adults should listen and take children seriously.
Children in Need
The S6 arranged a variety of activities this morning to raise money for this brilliant charity. Thank you to all who baked; those who took part in the sponging of the teacher (a firm favourite of pupils) and also gave generously to this charity – it makes a huge difference to many.
