We intend to run an “assessment centre” rather than traditional interviews for these posts.  The assessment centre is a series of activities (including a short interview) to let us gain a better idea of you as a person and to see how suitable you are for the job.  It will also help you show us what you are capable of and how much potential you can bring to the post.  Assessment centres last a bit longer than interviews but they do present a much better opportunity for us to really get to know you as a potential employee – and for you to get to know us. More details will be available nearer the time.

Recruitment Dates

•      Library Jobs Website open for applications 27th July

•      Applications close 19th August

•      Selection interviews/assessment centre w/c 3rd September

•      Work begins late September/early October
