There is an ongoing issue with a group of S6 boys who continue to think the library is a soft play venue!
From this point forth the library is banned to anyone who is either NOT studying at the tables or working on the computers.  Anyone who is sitting on their phone, or chatting in groups will be asked to leave.  The social space for this is in the Food Court.
Anyone refusing to leave will be referred to the on-call manager.

Please can you all remember you don't have an awful lot of time left at Knox - leave us with a good impression!  Furthermore, you have exams in a pretty short period of time so start using your time a bit more wisely.

If you are considering a career in medicine the following courses may be of interest to you.  Please note only some of the courses are free.

The first course is an online course, taking place every Monday evening in January from 7.30pm - 9.30pm. Students tune in to watch our doctors explain all about careers in medicine and work through some interesting medical cases with them. There's a free trial so students do not have to pay for the course unless they wish to continue into February - just visit www.theweeklysurgery.com and use code NEWYEAR to access for your free month.

The second course takes place over the February 16th- 18th weekend and is our popular in person course in London. Students can expect to shadow doctors and get hands on with some fantastic work experience complete with accommodation, meals and supervision. Students aged 14-18 from all over the UK attend to find out if medicine is for them and to provide some great work experience for applications and interviews.
