All About Energy
This topic starts off by letting us find out what energy is and what we can do with it. We find out all the different types of energy that there are and how one type of energy can be converted (changed) into one or more others. We discover various sources of energy and how some are running out and others will last forever. Should we start using more of those that will last for ever? How can we use these energy sources to produce one of the most important types of energy - electricity? Can we do this without polluting the planet? These are questions we will ask and discuss the answers to. Towards the end of this topic we focus a little on another two types of energy which play a big part in our lives - sound and light.
